A young man suffering from nightmares in where he kills people finds out that the dreams are actually visions and that he is the only one who can save a group of superpowered people from being hunted down like dogs. Blinkers are a special lot with special abilities who if they happen to kill each other, can absorb the energy and upgrade their own abilities. This made it quite common for them to kill each other to further enhance their abilities, leading to their own kind hiding their identities and living alone like dogs. Hyun-gun, a nomad, has also lived in the dark for that same reason. However, he often suffers from nightmares where in each one he kills someone he doesn’t even know. Suffering these delusions more and more, he seeks medical advice from a psychiatrist he ran into a year ago. She was the only person willing to help in an age when superpowers created mistrust for one another. Then one day, Hyun-gun finds out that the nightmares are actually real events with real people being killed and his ability is to see these things, making them not dreams. As it turns out, a young woman named Winna created a device that could absorb the energy of those with super-powers, and has been manipulating Blinkers to kill each other in order to collect their energy. Winna urges Hyun-gun to cooperate, but as he refuses to do so, she sends men with super-powers to kill his friend Hyun-jae. Now those being pursued turn to Hyun-gun for help, hoping that his ability to read the minds of other Blinkers will help stop Winna’s plans to absorb them
